Luminhaus is a family retreat nestled on a wooded knoll in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Amherst, Virginia. The first of Rocio Romero’s LV Kit homes on the market, it was built by Jennifer Watson and Barry Bless with the help of their friends, family and local
contractors. Visit their building journal for more construction information.
Jennifer and Barry are interested in affordable, modern and green architecture and the promise of agritourism and ecotourism to help build sustainable economies in rural Virginia.
Contact Jennifer with any questions about Luminhaus.
